Sam Flamand

Hi, I’m Sam Flamand—a Realtor with deep roots in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Born and raised in St. Charles, Illinois, I graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha and spent over a decade living in Southeastern Wisconsin. After buying my first home in Pewaukee in my 20s, I was instantly hooked on real estate.

Now licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, I love helping clients through life’s big transitions—whether it’s selling a family home, buying a first place, or investing in the future. My goal is to make the process smooth, approachable, and fun.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually with my husband, our two kids, and our two dogs—exploring parks, visiting breweries, or discovering hidden local gems off the beaten path. For me, it’s all about connection, community, and creating spaces where people feel at home across Illinois & Wisconsin.
