Kristen Deuter

Real estate has been part of Kristen Deuter’s life from the start. Raised in St. Charles with a Realtor mother, she learned early the importance of communication, care, and commitment. That foundation led her into a career that has kept her in the industry for most of her adult life.

Kristen began in residential property management in Schaumburg and Aurora, gaining a base in customer service and operations. She later moved into new construction sales across the Fox Valley, learning building processes, timelines, and buyer needs. She also met her husband then, now a construction superintendent.

After a temporary move to Kentucky during the recession, Kristen returned to Illinois and transitioned into residential resale in 2014. It quickly became the ideal fit.

Most recently, she served as a New Home Specialist with DR Horton, earning the 2025 Sales Rookie of the Year Award. While grateful for that role, she realized her passion isn’t selling one builder’s product, but helping people find the right home. That brought her back to guiding buyers and sellers in existing home sales.

Today, Kristen is proud to be part of The Kombrink Team, known for collaboration, high standards, and results. Clients describe her as knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and invested. With experience in management, new construction, and resale, she offers clear guidance at every step.

Above all, she believes real estate is about relationships, trust, and helping people move forward with confidence.
